Upgrade your collection with our 42mm wide butt chisel, also referred to as 'Oire Nomi,' featuring a broad 42mm blade. This NOS tool, from Shinohara Kogyo Co., Ltd., is labelled as "Shoichi Special Grade Thick Chisel" and is ideal for larger-scale woodworking projects, providing both strength and accuracy.
Please note that the kazura (hoop at the end of the chisel handle) requires setting up before using the tool.
